To use Peward, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not have been previously banned from using our services

3. User Account

You must create an account to use Peward. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

4. Earning and Rewards

4.1 How to Earn

Users can earn rewards by:

• Completing tasks and offers
• Watching videos
• Playing games
• Taking surveys
• Daily check-ins
• Referring friends
• Participating in special events

4.2 Reward Validity

Rewards are credited to your account upon successful completion of tasks. Peward reserves the right to verify all activities and may withhold or revoke rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.

4.3 No Guarantee

While we strive to provide consistent earning opportunities, we do not guarantee any specific earning amount or the continuous availability of tasks.

5. Withdrawals and Payments

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹10. You may withdraw your earnings via:

• UPI transfer
• Bank transfer
• Gift card redemption

5.2 Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.

5.3 Verification

We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals. This may include:

• Government-issued ID
• Proof of address
• Bank account verification
• Phone number verification

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Creating multiple accounts
• Providing false information
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the system
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing other users or staff
• Reverse engineering or attempting to hack the app

7. Referral Program

7.1 How It Works

Users can earn commissions by referring friends. You will receive a fixed percentage of your referrals' earnings as specified in the app.

7.2 Referral Rules

• Referrals must be genuine users
• Self-referrals are not permitted
• Fake or incentivized referrals will result in account suspension
• Referral rewards are subject to verification

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Peward, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Peward and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

9.1 By User

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion, any remaining balance below the minimum withdrawal amount will be forfeited.

9.2 By Peward

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Abuse the platform or other users
• Fail to comply with our policies

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Peward is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peward shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Peward after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
